Coldwater Cove Tiny Home on 19 Private Lake Front Acres

Get away from it all at our unique A-frame tiny cabin on Lake Russell. It's the perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy some peace and quiet, nature, and solitude. Our beautiful cabin in the woods has a 0.25 mile private walking trail to the lake, hammocks, a picnic table, fire pit, grill, and plenty of space to roam and explore. We just added a tandem kayak for our guests to explore the lake!  The tiny cabin is perfect for a couples retreat or a family glamping trip. With 19 acres, there's plenty of room for the kids to bring a tent and camp out. Bring your dog along, too!

The Cabin: Our tiny cabin is 399 square feet and best for a couple or single family (sleeps up to 4). There is a king mattress in the studio room and separate bunk room for the kids. Fully stocked kitchenette with a cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Full bathroom with shower. Huge covered porch with dining set and hammocks chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the woods.

The Property: Coldwater Cove is situated towards the back of a very private 19 acre lot along the Corp of Engineers boundary on Richard B Russell Lake. There is a private hiking trail to the lake and a fire ring for campfires and s'mores. Make sure you bring a fishing pole for the crappie, bass, catfish, and bream in the coves. At night, enjoy some great stargazing while listening to the coyotes, owls, and whippoorwills in the distance.

Nearby: We are only about 5 minutes from Richard B Russell State Park. Arrowhead Point Golf course is a must for golfers and the park also has a large sand beach, hiking trails, boat launch, and Frisbee disc course. Be sure to check out Blue Cielo Farms winery just down the road! It's about a 20 minute drive to Elberton, GA where you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, and other things to do. Athens, GA is around 45 minutes and worth a visit if you need to fill your time on a rainy day. Our cabin is remote! Cell phone service is non-existent to spotty, at best, and we do not provide a phone or internet. Plan to be "disconnected" during your stay and enjoy the peace and quiet! This is the perfect place to get away from it all!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
